The Russo Brothers are done with Avengers 4 filming. The director duo announced via Twitter a few days back that principal photography had officially wrapped on the movie. This essentially means all filming for the movie is done which also completes any form of shooting on Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Let that sink in for a moment as you check out the official tweet below.

Meanwhile, the cryptic image shared by the Russo Brothers in their tweet has become the subject of intense speculation. Some have decoded it as being the propulsion blast from War Machine’s cannon, which was also speculated as being glimpsed in the other set photo tweet shared by the brothers. Others have tried to play around with the image’s exposure to uncover any potential clues behind the intense rays, but to no avail.
In any case, we should begin learning something about the movie soon enough. It’s a few months from release now and the fact that we still don’t have a title is astounding to say the least. If Avengers 4 follows the marketing cycle of Infinity War expect a trailer guaranteed by the end of this year, with the inevitable title reveal.
Avengers 4 will be out in theaters on May 3, 2019
