First Tenet Stills Released Online

Christopher Nolan’s Tenet is one of the most anticipated movies of 2020 that we know nothing about. Well, Warner Bros. is finally letting out some info on the eve of the trailer & prologue release. The first stills from the movie have been officially released and they show John David Washington, Robert Pattinson and a blurred Elizabeth Debicki. Check out the hi-res images below:

The image with Washington and Debicki is most likely from their trip to Italy, where Tenet filmed a few sequences in addition to 6 other countries. The one with Washington and Pattinson is mostly from the early days of filming when set photos of the duo made the rounds of the web. As expected, neither stills reveal anything about the film.

Nolan has given some tidbits of info which we’ll post in the next few minutes. Warner Bros. is doing some press in hopes of getting people excited for the upcoming trailer launch and IMAX prologue release though given Nolan’s reputation and penchant for out of the ordinary stuff, they would have done just fine without any such marketing.

Tenet releases in theaters on July 17, 2020. Watch this space for more Tenet headed your way over the next few days.
