Loki, the new Disney+ Marvel Studios TV Show starring Tom Hiddleston has been among the most anticipated MCU Disney+ shows this year. And as we gear up for the show’s premiere, Marvel is going to sneak in promotional material here and there to ensure the show stays in the public eye. To that end, we now have a fresh still from Loki as he is held captive by members of the Time Variance Authority.

The TVA is tasked with protecting the sanctity of time. This puts them at direct odds with Loki who, with his snatching of the Tesseract and escaping in the alternate timeline puts the entire fabric of time at risk by violating the rules of time travel. That’s about as much as we know for now.
