Matt Reeves Shares Post-Production Still From The Batman

It’s Batman Day which means the Caped Crusader is trending on Twitter. On this momentous occasion, director Matt Reeves took to social media to share a new look at The Batman. This comes in the form of a new post-production still in which Robert Pattinson’s Batman is seen just about to fire his grappling gun. Try as you may but it’s hard to read through any of the monitors to discern any clues as to what or when the scene might be set.

Not to be left behind, composer Michael Giacchino also shared a fresh look at composing the score in the form of a brief snippet of a live orchestra recording. This is likely our very first taste at some original score for The Batman.

More info about the movie is expected to be unveiled at DC Fandome a few weeks from now. I’m guessing both the still and a part of the score could be featured in whatever trailer or special look footage ends up being showcased in the event, explaining why the duo isn’t reluctant to share that across now. Let me know what you make of these tidbits in the comments below.

The Batman is currently set for release on Mar 4, 2022.
