Captain Marvel Trailer Could Debut This Tuesday

After a slew of Captain Marvel images took the internet by storm, it looks like the first teaser trailer for the movie might debut the coming Tuesday.

Actress Brie Larson is slated to make an appearance on Good Morning America (GMA) on Tuesday. Historically, an actor’s appearance on the show has coincided with a trailer reveal. Add this to the fact that the Tuesday on which Larson appears, September 18, is United States Air Force Day and Carol Danvers starts off as an Air Force Pilot before her unfortunate accident where she gains her powers. Check out GMA’s release below:

HIGHLIGHTS FOR ABC NEWS’ ‘GOOD MORNING AMERICA’ AND ‘GMA DAY,’
SEPT. 17 – 21
The following report highlights the programming of ABC’s “Good Morning America” during the week of Sept. 17-21. “Good Morning America” is a two-hour, live program anchored by Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos, Michael Strahan; and Ginger Zee is the chief meteorologist. The morning news program airs MONDAY-FRIDAY (7:00-9:00 a.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network.

Tuesday, Sept. 18 – “Teen Mom” star Bristol Palin (“Teen Mom OG”); actress Brie Larson (“Captain Marvel”)

So why do I say the trailer “could” premiere? Well, for one, no one’s officially confirmed it yet. I suspect Marvel should put out some sort of official tweet to drum up interest for the trailer. It’s also possible although less likely that a short teaser will be shown on GMA with the full trailer arriving online later. Either case, the trailer will most definitely be out online and we’ll be there to cover it.

For viewers in the United States who wish to catch the show, Good Morning America airs Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM PDT. Special props to MCU Cosmic and MCU Exchange for uncovering the news.
