Spider-Man: No Way Home Trailer 2 Officially Out

After a long, long wait since the first trailer and repeatedly trending on Twitter, the second and presumably final Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer has released online. And while tidbits in the trailer may match the leaked descriptions floating around, Sony has done a commendable job of keeping it under wraps without it managing to leak out. Without doubt, the biggest talking point of the trailer has got to be the absence of both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield from the trailer leading fans to speculate whether they are actually in the movie at all.

The trailer is definitely epic in its own right, even with the absence of former Spider-Men. Dr. Otto Octavius is front and center among the villains and shares some moments with the new Peter. In a fascinating bit, he exclaims “You’re not Peter” when Tom Holland is unmasked in the bridge fight which means he at least remembers Maguire’s Parker as the version he fought in the MCU.

Mind blown indeed. I’ll be doing a detailed breakdown of this trailer to catch all the little pieces in more detail. Meanwhile, what did you think? Does this trailer do justice to the No Way Home hype doing the social media rounds? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
