Dune

In the distant future, Duke Leto of Atreides accepts stewardship of the dangerous planet of Arrakis, the sole source of the spice melange with many mysterious properties including enabling interstellar travel. He moves there with his Bene Gesseret concubine Lady Jessica, son Paul Atreides to take charge of mining operations. A tragedy befalls the family in the event of a terrible betrayal as the evil Harkonnens are displeased with their arrival.

Based on the 1965 novel of the same name, Dune is being adapted for the big screen by director Denis Villeneuve. Joining him is a star-studded ensemble that includes Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem.
